This is a quick smooat variation that is perfect for the summer season. It is creamy, sweet and packed with power for the day :).
You can’t get enough from melons in the summer?
In my case, I really can’t, as melons, especially water melons are my favorite summer fruits of all time. And the best, I found an easy and delicous way of taking spoonfuls of melon already for breakfast with all the great taste in it.
You mainly need three ingredients:
- melon: what ever type you prefer. I use water melon (my favorite fruit) or the Mallorcan Meló de Sapo thatkind of like honey melon.
As the fruits are already sweet enough, there is no need to add extra sweetener! Pure is best here.
To cheer up your breakfast bowl a little, add a topping of your choice. With the watermelon sm0oats I really like frozen berries or figs on top with sunflower seeds. So yummy!! And with the honey melon smooats I prepfer hemp seeds and dried mulberries or fresh blueberries. You see, there are lots of options to experiment 🙂
